Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION & PURCHASE OPTIONS POLICY
This policy lays out how you can change or cancel subscriptions, pre-orders, or standard purchases. If you wish to learn more about our privacy practices or data tracking, you can look at the rest of our policies independently on our website.
1. Standard Order Cancellations
Standard orders for physical art prints can only be cancelled for a refund within twenty-four (24) hours of placing your order, and provided that your order has not yet been physically packed or processed for shipment. Once an order is packed or 24 hours have passed, it enters our final shipping workflow, cannot be cancelled, and is strictly subject to our standard 30-day "Exchanges Only" policy.
2. Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available art print not yet in immediate inventory. We collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and fulfill the order as soon as the print production run arrives.
  • Before Fulfillment: You can cancel a pre-order for a refund at any time, provided that the print run has not yet been produced, packed, or fulfilled.
  • After Fulfillment: Once your pre-order has been physically packed or fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled, and no cash or payment method refunds will be issued. If you change your mind after shipment, you may only request an exchange for a different print in accordance with our standard 30-day exchange rules.
3. Subscriptions
When you purchase an art subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency that you select at checkout.
  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time via the direct management links found inside your order confirmation emails.
  • Subscription Changes: Cancelling a subscription stops future automated billings and shipments. Any subscription orders that have already been packed or shipped prior to your cancellation cannot be refunded and are strictly subject to our standard 30-day exchange policy.
